Encouragement and motivation: Am I really aware of why the employees follow me?

Employees are not going after conceptions or plans but they follow leaders. The nature of human beings is that they need reaffirmation from time to time that their work is useful and good. They need to feel that their existence and activity is important for somebody. This can be conveyed by one person or a whole team, the point is, however,  that they feel important. If this doesn’t happen, the proper motivation will be missing. The encouragement: Allow the abilities that are necessary for persistent and effective work to flourish. Human behavior with good effect on the environment of an encouraged person facilitates an atmosphere where he or she can do things by himself or herself very easily. Therefore encouragement and motivation are significant devices for leaders. What is the psychology of the encouragement? How can it be interpreted in the workplace? How can I become an encouraging leader? How to motivate? Since this is highly effective, why does not everybody practise this device?

Motivation and skills = High performance.

Enikő Papp will provide a very understandable and traceable insight into practical implementation, which will allow leaders to increase their leadership competencies immediately.

Time can be on your side.
The success of time management

The time in an organization cannot be changed or turned back. If it has been wasted once, it is not possible to regain it. Time is running and is difficult to control, especially in the workplace. Even from a leading position, no one is capable to stop, slow down or speed up time. Because of this, it is important to apportion time to be efficient in the workplace. How can we organize our time in a useful way? What is the ability of the excellent schedule? What kind of methods help to save time? What are the factors we lose time on? The presentation illustrates the best opportunities with practical examples in an interactive and practical form.

How to prevent conflicts and work on solutions

Research results prove that workplace conflicts reduce motivation as well as time performance. For this reason, organizations, leaders or teams cannot allow themselves this waste of energy. In an ideal case, it is necessary to solve the conflict immediately, it is even better to prevent it. Enikő Papp will talk about the nature of conflicts and introduce conflict prevention in practise. She will also explain how conflict prevention is linked with feedback culture and quite a few other factors. Furthermore, theories, techniques, methods and practical implementation will be provided as well. The audience will experience that conflicts are "daily tasks" which need to be solved.

Servant leadership, power of leadership (part 1)
Situational leadership (part 2)

There are lots of great texts about the topic of servant leadership. Enikő Papp has collected insights from some of the experts on the topic. She screened the most relevant material and presents it in a detailed, yet efficient manner. She does it for the purpose of modern leadership education. In the second part of her presentation, she will talk about the theory and practice of situational leadership and the opportunities within: As a leader, how can you adapt your style to the maturity of the person or team you are attempting to lead or influence?

Emotional Intelligence, coping with stress and executive coaching.

The presentation introduces the research results (and their use in every day work and the success of it) made by Enikő Papp and her Team. The aim of the research was to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and stress management in a group (251 leaders) of middle level and top managerment. An additional purpose was to introduce the executive coaching method as an efficient intervention opportunity to develop emotional intelligence and/or to prevent management stress. We asked leaders of their opinion and their experiences with executive coaching. Results show significant correlation between emotional intelligence, coping with stress and executive coaching. That means, leaders who took part in a coaching session, could better manage their stress and improve their emotional intelligence. This outcome suggests that using executive coaching enhances emotional competence, which assists leaders to adopt active and effective coping strategies when dealing with stress. At the end they are able to enhance their overall performance.

Executive Coaching

Today’s business changes are very apparent on the executive level, which means that leaders must be prepared to be strong right from the beginning and maintain strength and agility. This is not easy. Moreover, teams have to work better, faster, much more effective and have to do so under greater pressure. Leaders must prepare for the challenges that come along with leadership positions today. At the same time, leaders themselves not only want job satisfaction, but also a work-life balance. Executive coaching is the key to make it all work. Let`s talk about why, how and what!

You cannot motivate employees, because they are already motivated!

When leaders hear “motivation”, they often think of classic incentives like bonuses or extra paid time off. But motivation is tricky, because it often simply depends on the individual and what keeps him or her going in certain situations. So how can leaders implement a more practical approach to this challenging step in employee engagement? What is the nature of and truth about motivation? How can you be the leader without open questions about motivation, because you are expert in it?
